This I Believe–Cody

I believe in a perfect world. I never could find one though in my house. It’s crazy. Nothing goes as planned and in the end it split my family. I have a mom, dad, brother, and cousin who lives with me and my sister moved to my grandpas.
A perfect life everyone has heard of, but never live. I am one of those people. I might be a kid, but I have already taken on a lot of responsibility. I clean when I get home from school, do homework, eat dinner, and go to bed. If that a perfect life then I am living it on the weekends stay home and listen to the drama that goes on at my house. The reason my sister moved is because her and my mom always fight about everything. They made a little problem a big deal.
Drama is the biggest thing that goes on in my house we all love each other but we just can’t get along or it could be we all are just very different things an example is we all can never find anything to eat that we all like.
As you can see that my house is crazy and this essay was not all about me its not just one person who makes your life hard it can be but I learned to such it up and just live life because if you just get mad all the time things will just get tougher but at School I am the kid who makes all the kids laugh but in the end I am just hiding the fact my life outside of school is hard
Know I understand why a perfect is so hard to got because no matter how hard it is to get there your already there everyone has a different one and it’s not just about money and cars but about being with the ones you love and that’s all that matters.

I think there should be a perfect world also. My family is split too. And it is hard to get people to get along because everyone is different and they all have different beliefs, so people are bound to argue. But nice job on your essay.

Cody, I’ve always dreamed of a perfect world, and hearing your podcast encourages me to keep trying. I like the line, “It’s not about money and cars but about being with the ones you love.” So true. You’re lucky you realize that already.
