This I Believe–Ryan

I believe that there are ghosts because when people die their spirit goes on living in the house. The ghost is at my grandma house. At my grandmas the ghost loves to mess with us. The ghost opens and closes the doors and likes touching on people. I think my grandma stays in a house on haunted hill. When I first came to visit my grandma in Tennessee everything was alright, until a week ago when something strange started to happen. When I say something strange happened, I mean the doors were opening and closing, the ghost was walking around the house and going in and out rooms like he/she lived there. It was so strange. I thought it was my cousin messing around with me but she wasn’t. The worst part about it was the ghost was actually touching on us like he was trying to get attention from us. Here’s a reason that you should not go into one big haunted house on a hill. All of this I’m telling you is true this really what happen. The part I hate was when my family left me by myself. It all started when my grandparents when out of town and then my dad started leaving me by myself. I was scared. It was just me in that big house on haunted hill. I was even scared to move out of my seat. In this haunted house I was in, it was me my grandparents my dad and my cousin and then my dad girlfriend move in after my dad friend brandy moved. About two more weeks ago I notice the ghost was gone when my dad and his girlfriend went up stairs. My dad and his girlfriend almost killed each other because they said they heard wings flapping behind the TV. After that everything was going find. I was feeling find because it was all over the ghost must go back to heaven. So here I am telling you, never go in a haunted when it’s not that many people staying in there. I’m telling you this because I want you to survive. That ghost could have done anything to us and we won’t even know. But the weirdest part about it the ghost had wings and we never saw it again. All this I’m telling you is a true story. This is why I believe in ghosts.

I liked this b/c it wasn’t the best thing ever but it just kind of made you think about how when you hear people calling your name or you see a door open when no one is there. You never know there really may be ghost. Ryanne

I believe in ghost also. How did you feel when you came in contact with them? My great grandpa lives in a haunted house as well. Scary stuff happens. I agree with you, Ghost do exist!!

Ryan, usually when I hear about ghosts I just ignore the subject, but you made the issue sound believable. I also like the connection you made between the ghost’s flapping wings and him leaving for heaven. I’ll be sure to stay out of haunted houses for a while…

ryan, i liked your speech very much. i liked how you made it very personal. i felt like i was actually living it. although i noticed a weird noise in the back ground maybe it was a ghost. i now believe in ghost also and im sure i would be very scared if i was you.

That sounds like an interesting experience. I would of been really scared if that happened to me but at least your alright. I really like how you told your story it had a lot of detail and how it was really personal and you still shared it with everyone. When I read it I could just image what if would of been to experience that. I believe in ghost too. I had an unforgettable experience a few years back. I went to my friends house one day and her house is huge. We were playing hide and go seek upstairs and we were hiding in the closet and because her door is really hard to close and it was really dark in there we just left it open a little. Time past by and her brother who was suppose to be looking for us had not come so we stepped out of the closet still not closing the door and peeked around the corner to see if he was coming and he wasn’t. Then we heard a noise so we ran back to the closet because we thought he was coming and the door was closed and we didn’t close it. It was really scary. After that we just ran down stairs and I have never been up there again.
