This I Believe–Colin P.

I’m Colin Pierson and I believe in good humor. My type of good humor may be different from yours. I make fun of PEOPLE I KNOW to get a laugh out of people.
One of my good friends Daniel, he is Asian and I always make fun of him to get a chuckle out of my friends. Like if I’m in a bad mood I just make an Asian joke like about me and his mom or something and it just makes me feel better to know that people are laughing at my joke.
A teacher of mine just to get a laugh out of the class makes fun of herself. She talks about her being fat and stuff like that. It’s kind of weird having her do that but it gets a laugh out of the class and I think that makes her happy.
A really humorous thing that we do is make fun of 2 of my friends K and S. Another friend of mine is B and he is obsessed with this kid named T. So we say S and K are obsessed with each other just like B and T. They hate when we do it, but it gets a good laugh out of all my friends. This one time, two of S’s good friends got suspended and we were talking about it at lunch and K sits at my table. We asked him, how long is S suspended for? And K said he isn’t, so we said you would know, K doesn’t like this but it gets a good laugh out of all of our friends, so we think its ok.
Good humor can come when your sad, angry, or just looking for a laugh. I use it because it makes me feel good so if I make fun of you don’t be offended.
